I want to get slim in 2 months, I am going to cut down my caloric intake significantly, maybe a daily intake of 500-800 calories, do you think i will lose weight if i eat 800 calories a day? And how much weight will I lose? Is it OK to have such a low level of calorie consumption? Is 800 calories enough? Though I wish I can get rid of fat fast, I don’t want to hurt my body and health. If it’s unhealthy to do this, please give me some suggestions. Any help will be appreciated.
It is recommended to eat at least 1200 to 1500 calories a day. 500 to 800 calories per day is too low.
