Why is Losing Weight So Hard?

1, It’s hard to change lifestyle.
Weight loss is not just about eating some healthy foods or doing certain kinds of workouts, it is about changing your life style, breaking your bad habits. We all know that bad habits are easy to develop but hard to break. So, this may be one of the reasons why you lose the weight loss battle.

2, Genetics can affect your weight.
Some people eat anything they like and they never gain weight, and they even do not need to do exercise! But some people have to watch what they eat or they will have a hard time with weight. It is not fare, huh? Heredity is something that you cannot change.

3, You eat too little.
If your calorie intake is too low, such as a few hundred calories a day, your body goes into starvation mode. What does it mean? You body will slow down your metabolism, try to store more energy but burn less. So you don’t need as much calories as before. And then you store fat easier but burn calories more slowly.

4, Exercise problems.
Too much exercise or too less exercise (intensity, time).
It takes time. Exercising will not help you lose weight in a few days.
