I can’t lose weight no matter what i do. I exercise a lot every day, including roughly 45 mins cardios and 30 mins weight training. I also diet, I restrict my caloric intake, eat less foods than before, it has been one month since I started my workout routine and diet plan, but I still can’t lose weight. Can anyone give me some suggestions? I am really frustrated now.
For exercise, you can try to do exercises every other day, so you have time to recover. You said you exercise much everyday, I think it may be too much. And if you did only one exercise, you can try to mix several different exercises, with different intensity.
For eating, cutting your caloric intake may not always help you lose weight, if you eat too little, your body can enter into starvation mode, this will slow down your metabolism. When you have slow metabolism, you burn calorie slowly.
