To train you lower abs, you can lay flat on the floor, keep your legs straight and together, then slowly lift your legs up until 90 degrees, then slowly move them down but don’t let them touch the floor. Repeat this 10 – 20 times. Rest for seconds, then go for another 3 – 5 sets. That depends on yourself.
