What is the best cardio to trim thighs?

I have skinny upper body but my thighs is big, this looks horrible, I really hate it.
I want to trim the thigh fat by exercising since I have much time to go exercising, is there any cardio that can help me trim my thighs effectively? I don’t want to gain muscle, I don’t want to bulk up, just want to make my thighs thinner and skinny. What do you think is the best cardio for me? Please give me some suggestion. Thank you.

Before you do any cardio to lose thigh fat, the first thing you should know is you must have patience. No matter what exercise you do, you won’t get fat loss result overnight. Some people complaint that exercising does not work just after a few days work out. To be honest, a few days is not enough, at least, you should exercise for a few weeks.
There are many exercises you can do, such as running, swimming, riding bike, squats, lunges…
However, it is said that interval training is a more effective way to get rid of body fat.
Have a look at this example from wikipedia:
1, warm-up: 3 – 5 minutes (you can go low intesity light jogging, then gradually increasing at the end of the warm up period)
2, main exercising: 1 minute moderate or high intensity exercise followed by 1 minute low intensity exercise, repeat this 6-8 times
3, cool down: 3 – 5 minutes (go low intensity light jog, then gradually decreasing by the end of the cool down period)
