What is Better for Losing Weight Treadmill or Elliptical?

Treadmill and elliptical are two of the most popular cardio exercise machines out there. They both are great equipments to help you burn body fat and get into shape.

But which is better for losing weight, treadmill or elliptical?
Maybe you’ve heard this question a few times. And I am sure you always get different answers. Some people recommend treadmill, because they get bored fast with elliptical exercise. Some people like elliptical, because they find it easier to exercise longer with an elliptical trainer.
I think this is about personal preference, but not about which machine helps you burn more calories, which machine is more effective for losing weight.

This depends on the intensity of your exercise.

Should i buy a treadmill or elliptical?
As for buying, there one important thing you should  consider. It is joint impact.
If you have a lot of body fat to get rid of, you’d better buy an elliptical machine. Why? Because the bigger you are, the more joint impact you have. It is much easier and soft on your joints while exercising on an elliptical. But if you run on a treadmill, it is harder on your joints, hips and back.

Final thought. To lose weight by doing exercise, you should stick to your workout routine, exercise regularly. As for the machine, just choose the one you prefer.
