What Foods that Jumpstart Your Metabolism?

Compared to processed sweet foods, snacks, soft drinks, white rice, white bread, saturated fat, the following foods are better for getting a faster metabolism: whole wheat meals, bread, coconut oil, fish oil, olive oil, veggies like celery and carrots, fruits like grapefruit and apple, spicy foods, green tea…

However, it is hard to jumpstart your metabolims by eating specific foods. With that being said, you still can do other things to accelerate metabolic rate:
No starving.
Eat breakfast, don’t skip it.
Eat smaller portion meals, about 3 hour per meal, 5 to 6 small meals a day.
Doing exercise, both cardios and weight training.

These should help you increase metabolism a little bit.
