There is no such exercise that can target love handles or any other problem areas of your body. Because you
lose fat over all. When your body fat lowers, you will lose love handles.
Doing cardio now is still the best way to burn body fat, including love handles. Though it won’t shed fat
specifically from your love handles, it eventually will help you get rid of waist fat if you exercise enough. However, it will take a while for you to see some change, so, be patient.
