What can I do to lose a few pounds in weeks? or days? Any simple, quick, easy ways?

I am not that fat, just have a few pounds of extra fat to lose, I am wondering whether I can reduce those fat in weeks or even in days. If it is possible, what exercise should I do and what foods should I eat? What is the most simple, quickest, easiest way to do this?

Lose a few pounds in days is a little difficult, in weeks will be more achievable.

Do your favorite exercise (jogging, running, swimming) and eat healthy diet together.
But do not over do it.
