What are the best stomach weight loss exercises?

I have stomach fat that I would like to get rid of. I am watching my diet now, but I don’t know anything about stomach weight loss exercises, what stomach workouts work the best? How often should I exercise per week, and how long should I exercise each time?

    There is no exercise that can help you lose just stomach fat.
    Cardios are still one of best exercises to get rid of body fat, you can go walking, running, biking, hiking, dancing, swimming…
    3 – 4 times a week is enough.
    45 – 60 mins each time. But if you did not exercise often, you should start with small time, like 10 – 15 mins, then slowly increase it.
