I want to lose about 10 kgs and get fit again by this summer. But I just cant maintain my weight loss motivation. I always plan to do exercise and eat healthy foods, however, I can just stick to it the first few days, after that, I end up eating what I love and shutting off my alarm every morning then goes back to sleep. I don’t think I am a lazy person, but I find it really hard to keep the motivation. Any good motivational tips for losing weight to help me stay motivated?
