Eat less high fat foods, also less sugar, soda, or any other sweet foods.
Foods that is good for losing fat:
Fresh vegetables, such as celery
Fish,
Lean meats,
Oatmeal,
Whole grains,
Green tea.
btw, it is important to eat a balanced diet for everyone, you have to eat all nutrition your body needs, but for burning fat, you just cut down the eating of some specific foods like sugar.
