What are Some Filling Foods That are Healthy?

Fiber and protein are two things that fill you up longer because they take more time to digest than carbs.
Many veggies contain high fiber and they are low in calories. Some of the popular veggies: broccoli, celery, carrot, cauliflower, lettuce.
As for protein, lean white meats are great, such as skinless chicken breast, turkey, egg white, and fish.

And don’t forget to drink lots of water. Water is good for losing weight, you get no calorie from it, but it help fill you up.
