What and how to eat to get abs?

I’m trying to develop ripped six pack abs, what are the best foods should I eat and how to eat to get abs fast? I’ve been working out for about an hour everyday, I know eating right is also important if you want to see result more quickly. Do you have any tips on foods to eat for a six pack?

    People say if you want to build muscle, you should eat more protein, such as eggs, beef, chicken breast. No fried food and soda.
    You drop the fat off your belly, your abs show, you workout your abs, then you get stronger abs.
