Walking, Jogging, or Running to Lose Weight, which is Better?

Are you looking to lose weight by exercising? Wondering what exercise (running, jogging, walking) burns the most calories or is the most efficient way to burn fat?

I think running burns the most calories, next is jogging, and walking burns the least calories.

With that said, I don’t think running is the best to lose weight.
It depends. Many people like to get a definitive answer. But when it comes to weight loss, you can hardly get an definitive answer.

Running and jogging is harder than walking. They cause more impact on your joints, especially when you are severely overweight, you easier get knee problem by running and jogging. So, sometimes, walking is better than running and jogging.
Some people may be afraid of getting bulky legs by jogging and running. In fact, most people will not get bulky leg muscles by jogging and running. But there is possibility.

And there is one more important thing for losing weight by doing exercise. It is consistency.
If you only exercise for one day, two day, even one week, you can’t see any difference. You need to choose the workout that you can handle, that is easier for you, so that you more likely stick to it.

In my opinion, power walking is best for those who are too fat. Running and jogging is better for those who can run, jog a long distance without any problem.
