I’d like to lose some bum and thigh weight. I am in the market for an exercise machine, a treadmill or a treadclimber, to do workout at home. But I don’t know enough to compare the treadclimber and treadmill, has anyone out there tried these machines? Which is better and more effective? Please help me to make a decission.
