I want to be skinny again but i can’t stop eating, I eat way too much.
I’m looking to shrink my appetite, but I don’t know how to. Does anyone know any food or drink that can help you control your appetite? What about appetite suppressants? Do they work? Any risk of taking appetite suppressants? What are some other things I can do to reduce my hunger and curb my desire for foods?
