Reason: It is not good to exercise with a empty stomach. Eating some light foods before doing workouts can provide you with the energy to complete the exercising, and you will not feel dizzy or anything caused by short of energy. And eating also boosts your metabolism, so you burn fat more efficient.
Though the opinions above are different. But it is sure that you should not eat too much before doing exercise when you are trying to lose fat.
Everyone is different, and your feeling is very important. If you find it hard to do your exercise without eating, and eat something before exercising can make you feel well, you should eat something, but just light snacks.
