Is working out in the morning better than at night?

When do you do exercise? Morning or night? When is better time to exercise if I am trying to reduce my body weight? I’ve heard workout in the morning is the best time to exercise to burn fat, is it true? I am not a morning person, it will be hard for me to wake up early in the morning. But I am desperate to lose 15 pounds as soon as possible. So, can someone give me the answer? When to exercise is more efficient, morning or night?

    I’ve also heard exercise in the morning is better, because it help burn the stored fat.

    It is all about your life style. When you have free time to workout, it is the best time, this is a long-term thing.
