Is Running or Biking Better to Lose Weight?

So all the fat I gain goes to my thighs. Which exercise is more effective for burning thigh fat, biking or running, and which do you think burns more calories? I personally prefer biking but I am just curious which is the better way to help me eliminate my thigh fat faster?

    I think both are good for toning your legs. You workout more muscle groups when running, so I think running works better for burning thigh fat.

    Which one burns more calories is not important, the key to fat loss is consistent exercise, so, choose the exercise you enjoy more will assist you reduce your thigh fat more quickly.

    Compared to biking, running is harder for your knees and ankles, but running is more effective to lose fat.
