Is it good to exercise before eating?

Is it good to exercise before eating if you want to lose weight? Some people say it is bad, but others say that it effectively help burn fat, I am so confused right now. Which is right?

    I think it is good for burning fat, because you get no new energy, when you exercise, it will use the stored fat as energy, this help burn fat quicker. However, it is bad to go heavy exercise with an empty stomach, this may cause hypoglycemia, and you feel faint, dizzy.
