When you exercise really doesn’t matter. Every individual is different. if you feel good, whenever you have time, you can exercise, I don’t think there is any difference. The more important thing is keeping your motivation, and stick to your workout plan. Because losing weight by doing exercise is not an overnight thing, it may last for months, even years.
