Is exercise alone enough to lose weight?

If you do exercise alone to lose weight, is it enough? I mean you only exercise, but do not restrict your eating, can this help you reduce your body weight?

    If your exercise can create a calorie deficit, it is enough to lose weight. The most important thing here is you have to expend more energy than you eat.
