Is Dancing Good for Losing Weight?

Can you lose weight by dancing? I have flabby mid section, I don’t like to run outside because I feel embarrassing and I cant run even 10 minutes, but I love dancing. If I dance for 2 hours everyday, will it help me shed off belly fat? How much weight can I lose? What kind of dance will help lose the most weight fast?

    Any kind of dance is good for burning calories. As long as you keep up with it, you can flat your belly. I’m not sure how much weight you will lose, since it depends on your calorie intake, your dancing intensity. But don’t focus on this, don’t focus on one day or two day. You should focus on consistency.

    Ballet, jazz, belly dance, tap dance, tango, hiphop… all types of dances will make you lose weight if you dance everyday. I think belly dance works great for toning belly.
