If you lose weight do your breasts get smaller?

Is it true that your breasts will shrink when you lose weight? I am satisfied with my breasts size, but I am a little overweight, how can I lose weight without making my boobs smaller?

    My sister lose 34 lbs, and she still have the 32 C cup size, so, I think there will be no noticeable difference.
