I am thin but my belly sticks out, how to fix that?

I’m thin overall but my lower belly sticks out. What things can I do to get rid of the bloated belly without losing any weight. Will doing a hundred sit-ups a day help? Any other exercises to work out my belly area and get my belly flat?
