I am skinny but have love handles how to get rid of them?

I am underweight, have skinny arms, legs, thin face, etc. but the weird thing is I have a bit of love handles. I really want to lose that annoying fat. but I am also afraid of losing weight if I do cardio exercises. Please give me some help. Is there anything I can do to get rid of my love handles when the rest of my body is really skinny?

    Purchase a hula hoop, and do hula hoop exercise, it will help you lose love handles and tone waist.

    Don’t eat too much sweet food, fried food, excess sugar and fat easily make you gain fat.
    Do weight lifting and eat more protein such as skinless turkey breast.

    Do weight training to build muscle. If you gain muscle, you gain weight, and muscle also help you burn more calories.
    Thus this help reduce love handles and don’t make you lose weight.
