I am skinny but have big thighs, how can I get rid of thigh fat? What is the best thigh workouts?

I’m actually small for height. But have a good amount of fat around my thighs. I really want to make my big thighs smaller, what are the best things and workouts to do? I don’t eat a lot, and I don’t exercise, do you have any idea to help me get thin toned thighs? Thanks.

    Jogging 1 hour every morning before your breakfast, this is an excellent way to trim thighs and your whole legs.
