I think I am doing everything right, but why cant I see any weight loss result? I eat healthy foods, cut out sugar, soda, high fat foods, stay away from fried foods, snacks, I run on a treadmill for an hour every day, but I still cant lose weight, why?
Obviously because you are not lifting weights and 1 hour of cardio doesn’t help as much as 15 minutes of HIIT.
Also regarding your diet, switch to the Paleo Diet, see the difference.
