What foods can you eat and what workouts can you do to tone up your outer thighs, legs, and butt?
I have flabby thighs, especially fat outer thighs, I am not trying to lose that much fat, but just want to make my thighs look tight and toned. If I stick to a good plan, how long will it take me to get toned thighs? Any idea?
Cycling, jogging, lunges, leg lifting, and squats. These exercises work out your entire legs, and also help tone your butt. Stay away from soda and junk food. Don’t eat much sweets such as ice cream.
