I am not fat but I have a flabby belly and I would like to make it flat and toned. Does anyone know some great ways that can help me get rid of fat around my belly and tone it up? I already do dozens of sit ups everyday, is there any better tips on how to get a more toned belly?

Doing situps is ok for toning your belly, but it is not efficient for removing belly fat, if you wanna make your belly flat, you have to lose the fat cover on abs first so that the abs will be visible. Elliptical exercise is good for burning calories, and you can go jogging if you don’t have a ellipitical. Don’t forget to do strength training too. And remove all junk foods from your diet. Junk foods may stop you from losing fat.
