How to tighten your stomach after losing weight?

I’ve lost about 46 lbs in half an year by watching my calories, from 172 lbs to 126 lbs. But my stomach is getting saggy and need some toning. What things can I do to tighten my loose stomach after losing much weight? Is there any great exercises for tightening the stomach a little bit other than sit-ups and crunches? What’s the BEST solution? Thanks.

    If the skin lose its elasticity, exercise won’t help, you should consider a surgery to remove the excess skin, tummy tuck procedure?
