I am thin but i have layer of fat on my thighs. I want to shrink my thighs really fast. But I don’t want to have a fat loss surgery or take any diet pills. What do you think is the best way to help shrink thighs and make them lean without gaining muslce, without bulking up? I don’t want muscular legs.
You cannot reduce fat only from thighs by natural weight loss methods.
The best way to get rid of fat on thighs is doing cardios and having a balanced diet.
If you are worry about bulking up by exercising, you can go swimming, I think it will not make you gain muscle.
Eat more lean meat, fresh veggies, fish,
eat less high fat foods, high calorie foods, and less soda.
