How to Not Crave Food

There are some people who are trying to lose weight but always craving food. They find it hard to lose weight because they can not stop eating. If you are one of these people, here are some tips on how to not crave food and maybe they can help you lose a little weight.

1, Do you have emotional, mental issues? If yes, do exercise.
Food craving may be caused by emotional, mental issues, so people who suffer from depression, stress, or have other emotional, mental issues may crave for foods, especially sweets. If you have such problem, go exercise. Exercise can help relieve emotional and mental symptoms. And then help you stop eating a lot.

2, Drink water when you feel hungry, drink water before meals.
This make you feel full and eat less.

3, Eat high protein foods, high fiber foods.
They take longer to digest, they make you feel full longer.

4, Drink coffee.
It is said that caffeine can help  curb your appetite.

5, Keep busy.
You should take your mind off food. Being busy will help distract yourself from craving.

6, Drink green tea.
Though green tea has little effect on losing weight,  it helps suppress appetite more or less.

7, Eat less refined sugars.
They make you crave for more.

8, Eat healthier snacks if you really want to eat something.
Such as an apple, a bowl of vegetable salad.

9, Brushing your teeth.
Some people say that brushing teeth help them decrease food cravings. It is worth a try.
