How to lose weight without leaving the house?

There are many workouts that you can do to lose weight without leaving your house.
If you have money to buy an exercise machine, you can buy a treadmill, or elliptical, or rowing machine… Exercising with these machines are great for burn fat.
If you don’t have any budget for a fitness equipment, try at home workouts such as dancing and skipping rope.
Be more active. Doing housework instead of sitting in front of TV and computer.
And don’t forget to restrict your eating.
