How to lose weight after delivery?

I gained a lot of weight during my pregnancy, I weighed myself several days ago, 63 lbs over weight!! I really want to lose these extra pounds and get into shape again. But I cannot find time to go exercising since I have to take care of my baby, and do housework. Does anyone have any tips on how to lose weight after delivery?

    One of my friend had a baby about 3 years ago, she gained roughly 50 pounds. But six month after delivery, she lost all the extra fat, she did nothing special, even no exercise.
    Heard breastfeeding will help burn fat fast.
    Maybe you can take your baby for walks; ask your husband to take care of your kid while you exercise.
