How to lose side flabs?

I have much annoying side flabs, I really want to get rid of it. What are some good foods I can eat and exercises to do to lose the side flabs. Help please, I really want the flab gone.

    You cannot target a certain problem area, go running or do other cardios. They work great. Eat foods high in fiber, protein. Most veggies, chicken, turkey, fish are good foods to eat.
