How to lose pregnancy pouch?

Any mom out there? Do you remember how you got rid of that post-pregnancy pouch after giving birth?
I had my son 7 weeks ago, I need help to lose my pregnancy pouch as fast as possible. What diet or workouts can help me get rid of pregnancy belly fat? Do I need a liposuction? Appreciate your help.

    Cut out soda, sugar, any other processed sweet snacks and fried, fast foods.
    Breaskfast, oatmeal, egg, whole wheat bread. Small snacks between breakfast and lunch, fruit is good. Lunch, chicken breast, fish, whole wheat noodles, veggies. Small snack between lunch and dinner. Dinner, fish, whole wheat pasta, fish, veggies.
    1 hour cardio each day, 30 minute weight training every other day.
    Don’t consider a lipo when you can lose fat by diet and exercise.
    Be persistent and have a little patience. Sometimes, it may take months to get your tummy back.
