2 simple steps to help you lose fat efficiently.

1, Check the things that cause your obesity before getting rid of fat.
There are things that can cause you gain excess fat, the most common ones are eating too much foods, lack of doing
physical exercise, and some disease. Do you know which one cause your weight gain? Find out first.

2, Find the right solutions for fat loss.

  • If your excess calorie intake cause you fat, try to cut down your eatingĀ  (but not starve yourself), and it is also good to go with some workouts when you have spare time.
  • If your fat is caused by inactivity, try to exercise 3-4 times per week, more than 30 mins per time. Try whole body exercises like swimming, jogging, skipping rope…
  • If it is disease that make you overweight, or you are not sure what cause you become fat. Visit your doc, have a health check-up to make sure what lead you to be overweight. Then ask for some solutions. Or consult a fitness professional to get a treatment.
