I stoped my swimming routine on Ooctober last year due to cold weather, since then, I’ve put on 34 lbs, and my legs gain most of the fat. How can I lose weight, especially the chubby legs, without exercising outside or swimming? Plz give some tips and suggest some home workouts. Thx.
