How to lose belly fat over 40 years old?

I am 42 years old and I weigh 175 lbs. My weight was about 140 pounds when I was in good shape years ago. I am looking for a workout plan to help lose belly fat since those extra fat are mainly on my belly. Any good idea on how to lose beer belly? Is it true that it’s harder to lose weight when you are over 40 years old?

    Your metabolism will become slower when you are 40+, so, it is harder to lose weight. Go brisk walking everyday, and do some other exercise to tone up muscle, this will help you increase your metabolism. There is no workout that can target belly fat, doing cardio is good for losing belly fat.
