How to get thinner inner thighs?

I have chubby legs, especially big inner thighs. How can I get rid of the inner thigh fat and get skinny legs? What are some exercises to make your legs, inner thighs thinner really fast without making you gain muscle?

    Also try squats and leg lifting, 30-50 reps, 3 sets.
