How to get rid of fat rolls on stomach?

I’m trying to get rid of fat rolls on my stomach, only a bit of fat on stomach area, not entire body. I’m a skinny person, in fact.
I’ve been doing sit-ups and crunches a lot for 3 weeks, but still can’t get visible abs, what are the best workouts you can do to shed your stomach fat and see abs well? And what should i eat?

What I did to flatten my belly was jogging as much as I can everyday, and swam every other day. It took me about 2 months to see my abs, but not big abs. I think that is because I didn’t do any abs workout.

There is no exercise will burn stomach fat only. Sit-ups and crunches should help reduce belly flab, but they don’t help a lot. They are better at developing abdominal muscle. To make your abs visible, you need to eliminate the belly fat. Doing regular cardios and eating less food is the best way to reduce fat. When you burn more calories than you eat, you lose fat.
It is summer now so it is hot, you’d better exercise in the early morning, or go swimming.
Don’t overeat, cut out soda. Drink more water, eat more veggies, fruits.
    Be patient. Dont give up.
