I am getting heavier because I crave for food all the time even while I am not hungry. I want to lose much fat, if it’s possible, I’d like to eliminate abdominal fat first, since my bulgy abdomen is the most ugly area. I want to make it flat. Now I am wondering if I do much abdominal exercises, will it help me lose ab fat? Any effective tips on how to eliminate abdominal fat and whole body fat fast?
