I have a huge appetite at night. I have to eat something before going to bed, if I don’t eat, I will have hard time falling asleep. Anyone had the same problem? How do you get over it? Any tips about how to control appetite at night? How about appetite suppressant? Help please!
Drinking plenty of water is your best bet, it works for me.
Don’t miss any meal. You should consume enough food during the day. Lean meats and vegetables can fill you up longer. Cut down sweets, they are easier to digest, and make you crave more.
Drink water when you think about food.. If this don’t work, go brushing your teeth, my friend says this tip works great. Hope this help you.
