To be hones, I know I am fat and need to lose dozens of pounds off my belly, legs, hips, waist. I always tell myself I will start running tomorrow, but I never start the next day, and alway pull it off. I have no motivation to wake up early and go running at all. Yes, I know I am lazy, maybe it is because I don’t like exercise. But how can I become motivated to exercise and lose weight?
Can you please give me some good tips to motivate myself get up early to jog a few miles and stay motivated to keep going for at least 3 – 4 months?
1, place a poster of a model who are in great body shape in your bedroom.
2, tell your friends or your family that you want to lose 10, 20 lbs in a certain period of time.
3, start with some easy exercise, such as power walking.
4, look at the most ugly area of your body to motivate yourself.
Set small achievable goals. Make it fun, not make it a hard task. You can play sport games,they are not that boring and good for burning calories.
You need to enjoy your exercise, this is the key.
Find a partner, people who also to lose weight, is a good choice. Thus, you two can motivate each other. And you can pay for a gym membership, the money will push you.
