I need to lose 25 lbs fast for reasons, I just have 2 months to lose those fat, I am wondering how much weight can I lose in 2 months if I go exercising everyday and eat healthy diet? I have been jogging for 3 days, and I eat fresh veggies, fish, drink plenty of water instead of soda, no fried foods. If I stick to this for two months, how much weight will I lose?
