I have to fit into something, so I need to lose some pounds in a few days as fast as possible, I don’t care if it is healthy or not, I just want to lose weight quickly. I heard that starvation is a fast way to reduce body weight. I am going to try it, but I am wondering how many lbs can I lose? Can anyone tell me how many pounds can you lose in a week if you only drink water and without eating food? Is it possible to lose more than 5 pounds?
One of my friends did this like one year ago, she lost roughly 9 lbs by fasting for several days, but she felt faint and dizzy, and then she stopped the fasting.
Go get surgery.
Your body will go into starvation mode, when you go back to eatting, you will gain more than you lost. Best to reduce caloric intake by 500 and do some moderate exercise, drink 75 ounces of water and you’ll lose a few pounds that won’t come back double.
