I’ve heard that a safe amount of fat to be removed is 15 -25 lbs, so I think you can expect 2-3 inches off after a liposuction. The surgical risk will increase when too much fat is sucked out.
It depends on how much fat is sucked out. The more fat is removed, the more inches you lose.
