How I Lose 5 Kilos in 2 Weeks – diet and exercise

Hi, I’m Katy, this is what I did to lose 5 kilos in 2 weeks, including diet and exercise.
Everyone has different body, however, I think this can help you reduce fat aroundĀ  your arms, waist, buttocks, thighs, calves, more or less.

My diet:

  • What I ate for breakfast: one egg, usually I ate no more than one egg per day, milk, small amount of pasta, and some vegetables.
  • Lunch: reasonable amount of whole wheat foods, vegetable, chicken, fish.
  • Dinner: brown rice or whole wheat pasta, vegetables, and a piece of fruit after meal.

And I tried my best to stay away from greasy foods and snacks, sweets. And I also drink plenty of water everyday.

My exercise routine:
I usually do 30 – 60 minute aerobic exercise, 4 – 5 times a week. Some days I go jogging, some days I go riding, and sometimes I jump rope.

I don’t guarantee that the exercise plan and diet above will help you lose 5 kilos in 2 weeks. But I think they should work if you canĀ  strictly abide by your weight loss plan. Persistence is the secret to reach your goal weight.
